Processing: Post-harvest processing can make or break product quality. Procedures can include dewatering, washing, cutting, drying, milling, extraction, and storage operations to ensure high product integrity with minimal loss. Technology improvements, workflow optimization, and product-quality monitoring systems can all lead to optimized processing.
